Congratulations to all who passed last Sunday Walk In. For those who did not passed do not be discourage. I had failed a few times before I finally made it. Get professional help like skin consultants, speech teachers etc in the areas you are weak in. Its worth it !

Do you guys think that for a guy to walk with the hands infront of the body looks funny :???: Please don't do that unless you are not a straight guy :o Walk with confidence and a smile, stomach in chest out looking straight forward and don't hunch your back. Make sure your finger nails are very clean and nicely cut. :P

Smart Casual. Why must you wear casual to meet your future employer at an official meeting :???:

From the figure that you have given you BMI is 21, I don't know how you look like physically, you know best yourself whether you need to loss some weight.

Calculating BMI

Post by Venezia » Tue, 26 Feb 2008 6:11 pm

Body Mass Index (BMI) = Weight (KG)/ {Height (m)xHeight (m)}

For girls, a healthy range is between 18-22

HBP BMI Calculator http://www.hpb.gov.sg/hpb/default.asp?pg_id=997
