there's actually a grooming guide
Watch bracelets can be gold or silver
leather straps must be black, brown or navy blue
Bezel and strap should be plain and not set with any stones.
Watch faces can be gold, black, white and grey colours
Watch face with cartoons and bulky watches exceeding 10cm not allowed

dont worry about all this little things...when u going for training u will know... just in cae your bf want to get you a watch for V day, you can let him know waht design to get..
