hey aadvark...can i ask u if <lazy> did her alar at nara or tokai? if she did at nara, then when she went to tokai to do tip, it was an open rhino, right? then have to cut again??

or they just cut at the columella, didn't touch the alars??

Lazy din do any alar, she wanted to do tip first then see if she need alar

Does anyone have before/after pics of Nara's chin implants? Because at 400 SGD its very low. My surgeon quoted me 4000 SGD o_O
