LOL .. I can understand why the fengshui guy said that.
Because chubby face more "fu qi" mah.. same with FLESHY and bulbous nose! omg....

Hmm I think regardless of face lipo or even face shaving, taking away things from your face now... MIGHT lead to sagging in years since it originally had more inside. Then again, it might just be the natural aging? dont know lahhhh ahhaha

Yup, possibly chin implant can lengthen the face shape.
So like there are many choices lor... thats why I also very fan. LOL

I would like to think that... for example... you are a car salesman..

You have honda, toyota, benz to sell... you can thus recommend the best car for the person's needs.

But if you are a car salesman who only has honda, toyota.. so you can only sell this two lor.
Yeah you heard of benz.. but not so familar with it lah.. so better dont promote it.

This is ONE point...

But then again, face shaving has potential complications. Though the thought of having gua zi/ oval shaped face is soooooo tempting!

He said that he will recommend malar reduction PLUS jaw shaving for me.
That will change the whole face shape.
Meaning from the area around your temples (below).. all the way to your chin.. will all be narrower.
Cos my face is really round mah... so just do jaw will not give the best effect.

I was thinking of this also... how the heck do they check if its balanced???

But then again, naturally we might not have totally symetrical and balanced features.
Like our eyes.. maybe naturally is one slightly bigger than the other.
Breast also one bigger than the other.. feet also... hands also... the list goes on.
New nose please~

hi keenose

dr c mention about the procedures like incision points
and how big the 'saw'?
this kind of surgery is endoscopic
bt i heard the swell time is really long
have u consider korea, cos they r very experience in this,
it started first in korea
then china with koreans bone structure also saw high demand
tats why i heard it is also common there
but i m nt too sure if i heard of TWN PS skilled in doing this?
is this your thoughts too?

did headvise fats implant into the temple area to soften the cheeks
and then have a chin implant?
well if the face still need more sculpting the lipo can help.
sometime back i read from a forum,
the patients were very happy with the turnout
this is another option i guess
but i guess seeing a few PS helps
i agree the saw thing realli is something to think about
it is also very skill n knowledge demanding
and the recovery and mental as well is also important
haizz nt to mention the satisfaction...
mount everest to me

Being Kay Poh again ...

Those who seriously wish to embark on a jaw bone reduction or contouring surgery must be prepared for a MESSED UP look for the longest time ever. The swelling is massive and lasts forever it seems (a good 2-3 mths at least) so much downtime - be prepared to take a long break guys............. but if you can see beyond that and your future.... it might be a worthwhile journey especially if it has bothered u for the longest time...... I would seriously do it knowing me...... but the thought of post operative effects takes a tough nut i tell ya........ need alot of support from around us to distract our attention.

Carol Cheng (Du-Du of HK) had hers done and look at her now........ her nose looks fake anyway..... way too high a bridge. Eyes much nicer now, too.

Good luck and ensure you have only the very best surgeon - tis is a MAJOR surgery ladies.........:))

Yah but I will go myself because I'm facing too much objection from my family in doing cosmetic surgery. So I'm kind of doing it secretly. Hopefully the cost of lipo won't exceed my budget.

I have been observing my face shape, it seems like the botox have not take effect yet. I feel that my face shape is still the same. BTW candall have u do lipoo before? My doctor say i belong to the "long" catergory. He say my face shape is long. But he didnt recommend me what surgery I can do to enhence my face shape.. He just tell me that I only need to refine my nose tip.

I think need to consult more doctor for more opinion.

Hey candall,

I havent got to the point of asking him HOW its done and all as he is pretty slow in replying emails!

Yes, I think Korea might be better with these...
But cost is a factor and language... to convey what you really want.. is very important too.

Nope, actually he didnt suggest any chin implant or fat injection at all. Its me who asked him if it can be done with chin implants. He said that it can be done. BUT he would need to see me in person to comment.. since he said that from my pictures, my chin is not short.

Yup, alot of doctors shun away this kind of surgery.

Maybe he has had alot of experience with this?
From his website, I do see some cases he has worked on.

No problem.. we like KAY PO.

yeah I actually looked at Jason's blog. He looked quite OK .. can face people at around 6-7 weeks.

In fact, I thought the 14 day's picture looked OK already.. but at that point, he still had open wounds not fully healed up inside his mouth.
New nose please~
