Well, I do know quite a few fellows that pump petrol... clean windscreens as well... that is in the oil and gas industry, no? Not nearly as good as pumping "Ethyl", though.

Seriously, as what? Geologist? Offshore? Production? Exploration? Logistics? IT? Fairly broad field.

yes, i am working in the oil and gas industry.
based at a shipyard working on a new build rig and living here for a year, with my wife and son coming over in a week or two for a year also.

i can think of worse places to be after spending the last ten years offshore!
