Hair tonic recommendations?

Post by Snowfly » Fri, 13 Jul 2007 7:45 pm

I'm trying to grow my hair back nice and thick. Any recommended brands of hair tonic? Experiences? Horror stories?

as most may know, unless its hereditary, the main cause pin pointed so far is stress. from my own experience, i think so too.

forget abt minoxidil (small chance of success) or propecia ($100 a month?, slight results after 6 mths, may cause libido reduction) .. the 2 'known' cures.

what seems to have some effect for me is to drink a healthy beverage every night, eg. fortified milk (anlene, etc) with fibre (cereal, oatmeal, wheatgerms ..)

also, get better shampoos, not those cheap made in thailand ones. gently massage with fingers as u lather.
