Hi,

I am looking for a nice restaurant with a private room for 25 people. I know mezza9 but they have room for 20 max. Any other suggestions?

Lawrys Prime Ribs may be able to do something for you. U can check them out. They have a nice function room.

I fully recommend Blue Ginger restaurant on Tanjong Pagar Rd, manager Alan is very helpful. Awesome food!

My British Girlfriend just found out that her room rental tenancy agreement needs an IRAS estamp?

She moved from UK to Singapore in January...
