*LOL* Yes. I am the Sara who finally got over the 'username in used' irritation and decide to repay this forum for all that they have helped me to got there.
To be or not to be, that is not a question. It is thy choice to be what you could be, should one reach into thee true potential.

Hi CelT,

I got to know abt it from singaporeexpat forum :

http://www.singaporeexpats.com/forum/ftopic42904.html

You can check out the recruitment company @ http://sassatlantic.com/. From here u'll find more the dressing requirements. If you are in Singapore, you might wanna give them a call. If u did call, pls update me. :)

To know more abt Emirates cabin crew thingy, u can read all the relevant pages in http://www.emiratesgroupcareers.com/

Not sure whether I can meet the minimum requirement.I'm a shortie (160cm) ... I can barely reach the minimum arm reach.

I am still undecided due to leave application concern (I'm from M'sia). I can't go for the walk-in in m'sia cause I'm going to be out the country during that time. So... Umm.. I really dont know yet. Still thinking.

What abt u... are u going?

can'tswim, are u going to try out for Emirates?

Hey height shouldn't be a factor. I am 158.5cm and I made it through SIA! :) Just go for it!

Yup that was me.

Basically, I knew that height will always be a major factor for me.

The thing that made me a frustrated was that I had to wait 1 hour between the group and kebaya round. Within 5 minutes when I was inside the kebaya fitting room, they told me that I could not pass due to my height requirement.

Haha, yay to all us shorties! There should be more recognition for people like us! :)

Anyway, I just went in and ask them to re-measure me as I was confident that I met the height requirement. They re-measured me again and I still fell short, but I was lucky that the lady asked me to try touching the top of the door. I managed to do it, and here I am! :)

You can ask them to do the door touching thing if you are close to 158. I was measured in as 157.7 initially. But during the WCT I was 158.5 :)

Yeah, just stretch all you can! During the kebaya round wear long pants so you can tiptoe a bit too! Haha.
