Newbie..open to any good suggestions

Hi all,

We are an American family - will be moving to Singapore for my assignment in June'07 (Mom's) for at least 2 year depending on the business needs ,tag along our 15 yrs old son while husband enjoying his retirenment in Hawaii. Have a 'bunch' of question regarding;

- Service Apartments ( already check-out The Wilby & Fraser Residences ) - I will travel 35% of the time,
- High School ( Local Private/International ),
-Social groups ( Women's & International ),
- Golf Course/Country Club ( Son is a member of US PGA Junior & AJGA )

I understand this is may be a reps from other post- but any help will be appreciated. previously lived in several different countries but never thought about Singapore and hope to learn something more from the people around this forum.
