emailed them and dr nomar replied... still bouncing emails back and forth... so far found out:

1. USD$1200
2. outpatient procedure, means can go shopping after surgery! :D
3. 7 days after surgery must go back to remove stitches and review
4. they use silicone implant
5. they do it internally, from within the mouth

gonna ask them whether they got shave the implant before insertion, and placement of the implant...

Why did you choose Dr. Nara? I am a little worried about going to the south but curious why you didn't choose any Bangkok doctors. I am in Bangkok now doing my consultations...

Aardvak can I have your email please... mine is [email protected]

I would really like to know how your mandibular angles turn out.. also what kind of chin implant did u get? I real;ly want a SQUARE one and so far I have seen implants with just one shape.. I want very angular one.

Also, did your chin implant give you any verticle length from the front view? I really want this
i went to dr nara, becos my fren recommend, and i've seen her mum, the nose quite nice, so at least dare to trust, not to mention it's dirt cheap...

i asked for a sharper face, so he gave me triangular chin lor... face def looks longer, but not by a lot la, else i will look like horse... think he can control how much longer the implant makes ur face...

jaw implants i will do in dec lei, only then i can clear leave

1 for USD80
its amazingly cheap leh..

i heard SG's one is like...$500/$600 per veneer
how come yours so exp?! =x

oh anyway in order to fit the veneer, MIGHT have to modify ur original tooth abit, but really MINIMAL! so dont really hav to worry =)
EH! Just slightly read it! No! porcelain veneers is not that cheap.even in Thailand, I think $80usd /teeth is for Composite veneers. Not Porcelain veneers like the web I gave you. Its really different. composite veneers just a simple filling of your teeth for crooked teeth.
Please reconform it again... good luck.
paiseh, cupidz so clever, immediately can tell something wrong... the USD80 is really for composite veneer as cupid said, not porcelain

pain never lasts long for me, my pain usually goes away after 1 day... like when i removed all 4 wisdom teeth together last time, next day i was happily eating solid food le... so i would say maybe after 3days, all pain shld be gone...

it's the swelling that takes forever for me, i usually take twice the time other people take to de-swell... at first, the chin do le, becos of swelling, so make my chin a bit long, but after 2 weeks, not obvious, after 1 mth plus, looks pretty natural liao, and not as tight...

with implants, the skin arnd the area sure become tight wan, cos now the skin arnd the area is stretched... like when i did my nose, the area arnd my eyes was a bit tight, which is also good, cos no more wrinkles!

I think there is a Plastic Surgery Street in Taiwan - it's where Dr. Chuang's office is (so I've heard)...but I'm not sure how many street it spans and what other doctors have offices there ??
if someone can provide a list of plastic surgeons who have offices there & and their contact information or website, that would be really helpful. I'm planning on flying out in a couple of days...so it's pretty urgent that I put together some sort of plan :) I'm hoping I can get my nose done during this trip because there's no way I can take this many days off work again...
I know it's last minute...but I just recently stubbled on this forum...
I've stayed up all night trying to get through these pages...but I'm only on page 200 and I NEED TO START PACKING SOON
SOMEONE HELP, PLEASE?

This is Dawn Yang right? SOrry i'm not a singaporean hehehe

Heard she had undergone surgery and she looks ABSOLUTELY pretty !!!

But she doesn;t look pretty on Maxim's cover ... prefer her looks on d pics above :D
ellin18 wrote:Hi Suemei,

3D eyebrow is like what cupid said to project your eyebrow outward so that your eyes look bigger. If you see Ayumi's pic posted by Apple, she looks like ang moh partly due to her high eyebrows. I can have it by injection of fillers or implant. I have to find out more on this. Anyway, I saw Dawn Yang's pic. I think she looks like Fiona Xie. I want to have the same forehead as her... Nice...
