Thanks yen,

I've seen them before...and I've seen a lot of photos on the web (you look nice btw), but I was wondering does implant make a really big difference in person?
If you were to choose between implant and alar... what would you have chosen?

hi everyone
i have done rhinoplasty with dr sukit before

becuz my problem was a huge fat nose with broad base
not the bridge (i already had some bridge)

so this time im thinking of going to KALO for alar
anyone interested in going 2gether?
my holidays begin in may

also, im not working so im short of cash
abit irrelevant
but do u all know of anywhere i can get a loan?
cuz i wont be able to fork out $1000+ by this may
but i have to do it during this holiday period so my nose can recover before school starts again!

Hi who,

I will choose both, coz my original nose is broad & no bridge so need both .

For me, I prefer a drastic change otherwise do PS for what? Waste $$$.

Fyi, I did my double eyelid 1 year 5 months ago in Singapore, me itchbackside ask the dr to cut NATURAL eyelid want to look as natural as possible, poor me now can't see my crease liao.
Have to redo again waste $$$

Regret but too late already, have to underknife again keke :P

Maybe you can consult first then reconsider if you are prepare for any PS.

All the best, update us

Hi,

the best loan without any interest is to loan from your parents.

Best is to discuss with your parents & let them know if you want to do nose, otherwise they will flare up if they find out.

Btw, you consult KALO already?

Update us

hi there!
i cant let my parents know..
they were already NICE enough to allow me to go for rhinoplasty ONCE
and now, i wana go for YET ANOTHER round of plastic surgery?
they'll think that i'm ridiculous, dont u agree?

its so hard to make parents see that, my nose is still imperfect...
and i need to have alarplasty done in order to achieve my desired nose...
just 1 moreeee step away..!!

alar in KOLA costs $1200, right?
sigh...
*financial crisis*

i havent gone for consultation..
waiting to see if anyone here wants to go 2gether!
can consult through phone or not? or better to go down see the surgeon face to face?

Think there's nothing permanent cos even our natural face is subjected to changes as time goes by. If u wan beauty, u have to maintain it & it will cost time & money.

It all depends on yourself cos like Fann Wong, she does not have a high bridge nose but still many ppl think she is pretty.

If u r happy with yourself then dun need to do, if it bothers you & u wan to have a change and u r prepared with all the risks and maintenence job then go ahead. Its a personal choice. Who knows wat will happen 10-20 yrs down the road? Think doctors also dun dare to give u 100% confirmation that there wld be no risk & it can last a lifetime cos nothing is absolute until something happens down the road.

There is no such thing as permanent and natural cos when we decide to do PS, its against the natural course of things already.

Hi all,

KEke...i have just called KALO.

Here's some infor for u guys.

KALO do not do tip grafting. They only have L shape implants for goretex as per what tanjhj mentioned.

Kalo charged Epicanthoplasty $2800 rm

Korean L shape implant incision with alar is $6088 rm

The girl whom i speaked to is indeed very friendly. keke.

I've asked her if goretex will last & she told me that goretex can last for a life time unless its like if 10-20 yrs later got newer technologies come out or newer implant designs, then we might choose to replace the implant.

ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. All those i need are in TW/korea! btw this shows that tanjhj does have substance in his info and research, and that prove you haters wrong.

and oh, just an additional information, for those considering going to KALO for nose. THEY ONLY OFFER L-SHAPED IMPLANT! boo, as mentioned by dr chuang, if u have a bulbous, fleshy nose, L implant will only make ur nose BIGGER. :(
