reli?????? oh gosh mayb i didnt reli pay attention during tat part wen andrew is talking... i only manage to hear tat he says tat we hav to pay 8K if we broke e bond...

haha... yup. if we break e bond e 8k will go to them. i oso heard that e course is 12K & tiger bond is 3K. tat means we gotta pay ALOT if we realli break e bond. hmm~ wonder how many ppl will sign bond wif them as 8K is not a small amount AND we haven even start workin we gotta put 8K as a deposite. sounds so ....

is tis e reason why Tiger is losin crew? coz low pay & tis course..?

FYI. i've ask Linda abt e 8K. she says tat u MUST put a deposit when u sign e bond. if u break e bond, e 8K will go to them. u cant juz tk e cabin crew post. u MUST tk e dip course if u wan to be a cabin crew.

ya. 8K is a big sum for us. b4 we earn $, we come out $. doesnt sounds rite leh.. lolx.. somemore where to get 8K?

looks like alot of us wan to get into Tiger BUT juz e 8K is stoppin us. shake head.

come to think of it. If i were to set up a business, it will benefit me also because if anyone decide to break the bond I'll earn 8 k per individual.

so imagine if 10 people out of 50 people decide to break the bond..they earn profit just within months (10x8k=80,000sgd)

So guys please think carefully before signing any bond. I mean you have to work and study..and i saw the ad, i thought they said no bond..so tricky.

It is definitely better to work than to start depositing 8k even before you earn anything. And besides if you dun mind the low pay and cleaning people's puke and poo..u can go for it since its LCC...

i think the cabin crew will be more afraid than them since they have to pay them 8k if they break the bond.

I think better try harder for other major airline, i mean those you earn $ out from it, you get the experience and you don't have a bond...so 8k is a lot of money..and 3 years is not a short time..think carefully..if it is SQ i think nobody will bother since the pay is so high and its an international airline, you get to stop by different countries as well..so yea..

a smart & intelligent person like him don't have to go through the interview process & training to be a pilot

he actually got on the plane & he was not a qualified pilot.
