There is no application form mentioned.
Just write your own resume and cover letter and send them in. It's not hard to find sample resumes and cover letters online.

Dear all CX enthusiatics!
Just a overall of what to expect from this very exciting position.
- for a start they are only flying to HKG and Colombo
- it's a turnaround flight so please do not look forward to shopping in Hongkong. They might have lay over next time but not now.
- It's going to a new employee package. Not according to what you see online.
- but overall, still very attractive as you are only required to fly 90hrs per month so not that hectic.
Hope these helps!
Cheers and good luck to everyone who applys!
Best Regards
Julie Tan

Dear Girl,
Think should be around 2k.. But to be advise.. I'm not too confident about the salary myself.. But for the duty hours, I guess, its's satisfactory..

Dear.. Think you only can do part-time degree then as don't forget about standby and stuff like that. Flying job is still not as stable and ground job and it's very high maintainance and can be tiring at times.. Many of the crew I knew either gave up studying or flying as they found out that they could not cope both..
Think twice, it's not going to be easy.
Best Regards,
Julie Tan
