Do watch what you take and make sure you do research well.. cant hurt to be a bit skeptical even though products have claims, testimonials, clinical evidence, etc... most likely if something sounds too good to be true, it is. while there are many good products out there, there many that just burn a whole in your pocket, or worse, give you unwanted side-effects.any good supplements for diabetics? Especially for elders in the late 50's.
Singapore have a very high % of diabetics, that it worries me, that something is not right here. For the first time in my life I am having metabolic problems and up to now, I have spent 1000$ on tests.Virgo wrote:any good supplements for diabetics? Especially for elders in the late 50's.

Bad news today, fatty liver, metabolism slowed down too much,,, cause seems to be a variety of toxins, environmental, medicine, alcohol, overload on the liver. Also viral infection in the blood
Although they cannot tell me, if the organic phosphorus is to blame, from crop spraying or any of the other military nerve agents, they have exposed me to,
I have to detox the liver for at least a year, no alcohol at all I was aware of the damage long ago, although I did detox for 3 years. Some of the toxins may have damaged the sinus node.
My low pulse of 45 is acceptable due to sports training, although I've never seen it below 52 before, and it normally rises, when i don't train for 3 months of the year. Although I passed all the heart tests and treadmill, and have clearance to continue running.
Uric acid level is normal, along with everything else, no cancers. and my blood pressure is down from 150, swings between 120 and 130 now. So I'm pretty sure vinegar cured my gout, and may have helped with the blood pressure.
My concern was the weight, I was 98kg over a year ago, which is a record for me, normally 80 to 85. although I am 89 now, my weight has been creeping up, after I dropped to 82kg in August. I am fairly strict on my calorie intake of 1800 a day, So something had to be wrong, when I was also training 3 days a week, and feeling fatigue and now I know.
The test was well worth the 490$, first class treatment at Mount Alvernia.
There is no point worrying of death, it is already decided, when your time is up! However, health is important to improve the time, that you have left, so many things to do, with so little time to do it in.saint73 wrote:Didn't know that you are so big size & heavy, All UK ANG MOH size are larger ,I am trying to put more weight...hard to increase due to my high metabolism...ksl wrote:I'm a little vain trying to keep my youth, time, just overtook me and I thought i was running fast enough Feel old just lately, sundaymorningstaple wrote: And all along I thought you were just a fanatic!
