Hi,

Do u hear of this Phyto-A. It helps to build body’s immunity against cancer and more. Phyto-A contains Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA), a super strength anti-oxidant and Vitamins A and E together with natural ingredients such as Evening Primrose Oil, Grape Seed Oil, Soya Bean Oil and Wheat Germ Oil. Effectively increasing your body’s immunity by neutralizing cancer-causing free radicals, ALA is a proven medical treatment for peripheral neuropathy, a complication arising from diabetes. It reduces chances of stroke and cardiac arrest as well as cancer.

The Evening Primrose Oil in Phyto-A relieves symptoms of arthritic and rheumatic pains, as well as lowers cholesterol.

It improves body’s health condition and immune system through the removal of harmful free radicals from the bodies.

Mayb can give it a try on this....

GT&F Milk Powder.
hmm, isn't ingestion of chromium over a long period linked to cancer or DNA mutation? or does new research show otherwise?

Do watch what you take and make sure you do research well.. cant hurt to be a bit skeptical even though products have claims, testimonials, clinical evidence, etc... most likely if something sounds too good to be true, it is. while there are many good products out there, there many that just burn a whole in your pocket, or worse, give you unwanted side-effects.

Better yet, go to a doctor/professional nutritionist. After all health isn't something we'd try our luck with.

just my $.02 ...

cheers.

Singapore have a very high % of diabetics, that it worries me, that something is not right here. For the first time in my life I am having metabolic problems and up to now, I have spent 1000$ on tests.

My brother-in-law who is also Singaporean is also type 2, and he drinks vinegar to help control the sugar spikes. I drink it, becuase it's much better than, all the drinks with additives, sugars and colouring.

Although there is much debate and investigating of the facts of vinegar, there are many that will discredit it, and many reasons for doing so. For one and the main reason, it's much cheaper than medication. Even doctors don't really know or understand, because they are only general practioners, not specialists in their fields.

I would say try it, and if you enjoy it, drink it you will soon know if there is a negative or positive reaction, and it will be no worse than accidentally eating the wrong food. There is documented reaserch to suggest that vinegar reduces the sugar spikes and therefore, can do the same as medication. There are many brands on the market, the most drinkable i think, you will find in NTUC, they have several brands, but only one stands out as a true drinking vinegar.

It is however very important to monitor the reactions, I can only say, that, certain research indicates, that vinegar maybe good for diatbetics.

But I am wondering myself, that maybe the water here as a role to play, even though I have always boiled the water, I find it very strange, that my metabolic system is disturbed, and I can guarantee you, I am a fanatic when it comes to my own body and the changes that occur within it.

:D I'm a little vain trying to keep my youth, time, just overtook me :o and I thought i was running fast enough  Feel old just lately, :(

Bad news today, fatty liver, metabolism slowed down too much,,, cause seems to be a variety of toxins, environmental, medicine, alcohol, overload on the liver. Also viral infection in the blood

Although they cannot tell me, if the organic phosphorus is to blame, from crop spraying or any of the other military nerve agents, they have exposed me to,

I have to detox the liver for at least a year, no alcohol at all  I was aware of the damage long ago, although I did detox for 3 years. Some of the toxins may have damaged the sinus node.

My low pulse of 45 is acceptable due to sports training, although I've never seen it below 52 before, and it normally rises, when i don't train for 3 months of the year. Although I passed all the heart tests and treadmill, and have clearance to continue running.

Uric acid level is normal, along with everything else, no cancers. and my blood pressure is down from 150, swings between 120 and 130 now. So I'm pretty sure vinegar cured my gout, and may have helped with the blood pressure.

My concern was the weight, I was 98kg over a year ago, which is a record for me, normally 80 to 85. although I am 89 now, my weight has been creeping up, after I dropped to 82kg in August. I am fairly strict on my calorie intake of 1800 a day, So something had to be wrong, when I was also training 3 days a week, and feeling fatigue and now I know.

The test was well worth the 490$, first class treatment at Mount Alvernia.

Yup in fact as a user of colostrum i have done a lot of research before put myself on the frontline to try colostrum....

In fact, it has more than 5000 medical researches and also more than 1000 clinical trials (that means testing on real patients)..... in fact I have a friend who is on colostrum (lots of brands in the market - his is imu6 same as mine) he had an independent medical report by a Singapore medical lab and it reduce his original blood glucose level into half... thats why i firmly believe it helps...

He dun mind showing you his medical lab results as he did showing me... btw he is 56 yrs old and you all know that the recovery rate of an older person is very slow.... so amazed by the results till now. He is also off doctor's mediation to control his Diabetes already - as advised by his family doctor...

I dont know much about colustrum but

Just a GENERAL point to clarify for all sort of products,

Having a lot of paper published = High QUANTITY but not necessarily high QUALITY

Having many trials but : what kind of trials ? Sponsored trials ? RCT ? We have to question the type of trials

No offence intended but I feel that it's necessary to clarify some ambiguity.

Cheers

There is no point worrying of death, it is already decided, when your time is up! However, health is important to improve the time, that you have left, so many things to do, with so little time to do it in.

Some people have difficulty putting on muscle, weight is very easy! if you can afford to do it.

Building muscle is hard physical work, with a controlled balanced diet, the older you get, the less calories you need, because the metabolism reduces at 1% per year. I'm sure a PT could help you to gain weight no problem, although muscle, you would have to build yourself!

All foods we eat today are affected by toxins, that our livers have problems with, although I believe genetics play a major role, in whether you will live or die young or old.

You would be surprised how strong the human boday is, when abused. I have seen people abuse their bodies for 30 years or more and should literally be dead, but they still walk around doing the same same abuse. Then others don't last 5 miniiutes :P

If your parents took the early train to the other side, well, I would say the odds of a long life maybe against you. Although i have no statistical evidence to back this up, and not that it matters anyway, when the time comes, that's it, lights out!

Winston Churchill drank and smoked cigars every day and lived till his 90's, and I'm sure the young guys, that passed away in their sleep, here in Singapore, didn't expect to leave so early!

My point is, that life will always be too short, if you are enjoying yourself, and too long if you are not!

If you put the wrong fuel in a car, what happens? The same with the body! So one needs to correct the error asap, before too much damage is done!

Otherwise one will just plod along, tired, fatigued, and weakening the system, I don't believe it brings death closer, it just makes life more unbearable, until our check out date arrives. That is my own opinion, which i'm :D with.
