Squash players needed

Post by endurance0201 » Tue, 27 Feb 2007 10:31 pm

We are a group of squash players (guys) playing regularly in the eastern part of Singapore on sundays from 4 to 6pm. Let me know (in the open or thru pm) if you are interested to join us.

Cheers!

alanis, not to worry about the rackets, we have sufficient.

germangirl, it's fine with me if you just want to try this game first.

Which condo in east coast? I have my racket and squash court here, played before but was a bit clumsy, other players all stood at a higher level..would love to practice more and catch up with others so easier for me to find partners to play regularly. Please send me details. Thanks!

juanlxndr, in reply to your question...squash & tennis are both very different game. Tennis is played in an open court much much bigger than the enclosed court used for squash. The scoring system is also very different, not to mention the rackets & balls. If you need more info, pls google. I believe you will find out more from there.

mangocar....are the courts in your condo repaired?? the last time I played there was about 9 months ago. The conditon of the walls then were in really really bad state. The cracked and peeling of the wall's paintwork makes the floor very dangerous to play on.

Hey tone,
If you are in Orchard, I don't think it will be convenient for you to travel all the way to the eastern part of Singapore (Tampines) just to play squash. BTW, are you good in this game?

fair point about you being miles away

any idea if there any games nearer me?

Hi,

I'm also keen for a game sometime. I hadn't played for quite a while until recently, so also am a bit rusty (and unfit!). Am keen to play on a regular basis though.
