ashtanga yoga for beginners

Hi anyone know of any good cheapish yoga classes preferably astanga (probably spelt that wrong sorry) I live in flora in changi area so near there be good Thanks and a good New Year to all I promise I won,t be as drunk as the last time when for the first time in 30 odd years I lost my specs haha :)

hmmmm don't know any cheap ones...

unless you may want to check the nearest community club in your area...

I haven't tried Ashtanga yet though...

I always go for hot yoga, which is very nice...

It's Ashtanga Yoga and it is an advanced yoga.
It is a progressive series of postures.
I tried it in UK and it was great.
I believe that it is an advance...it won't be cheap...
Till now, I am still searching the course... :(

Along those lines, anyone know of a good pilates studio? I am also on the lookout for a yoga studio that allows drop in classes. :(
