By right, referees shouldnt be someone who has personal relationship with u ... this includes friends..as it would be bias to your application...

Therefore, with working exp you could earn a few referees to be included in it

perhaps you can try to get the numbers of colleagues/in-charges/superiors that you`ve worked with during your internship? i`ve heard from my friend who just finished her stewardess training that her character referees were her lecturers from poly and her in-charge when she went for internship.

The form states that the referees should be responsible persons who know you well and at least one should be well acquainted with you in your private life. I think neither my lecturers or my supervisor is well acquainted to my private life...

Friends should be fine. That section is not really a big issue. :D

hey, thanks. :)

2 out of 13 didn't make it so I thought today was good for the most of us. Actually today's interviewers were really friendly and they really made the difference. I was chatting with one of the HR staffs and she told me that the interviewers do make a difference because they tend to have different expectations and it really boil down to individual on how you perform.

The actual interview varies with individuals so there isn't any hard and fast rule on what you should know or shouldn't know. Just be yourself. They want to see the real you, be nice and humble. Answer them to your best abilities and try to stress more on service. I believe that will score some points. Try not to panic and be more engaging with them but of course, at your own discretion.

Do take note that while waiting for your turn in the waiting room, be active and interact with the rest of the girls. The HR staff present will feed back to the interviewers on your behaviour. *Highly classified*

Goodluck and hope to hear from you yeah?
