can't post at classifieds

hi guys..i,m new to this forum so need some help from u guys or the admin..!! i wanted to post these kids toys in the classifieds section together with a pic..but after i press the sumbit button it stated U DO NOT HAVE PERMISSION FOR THIS SECTION... and on the pic its stated pending approval.. so could someone or the admin pls me help out over here ...
