Do you have a liver, kidneys, lungs and skin? Congratulations, you are already equipped with an automatic detox system!
I've never understood people who think that the best way to get rid of mysterious nasty chemicals is to ingest or slather on more mysterious nasty chemicals

I am not too sure about detox products, but I wouldn't dare taking any knowing there has been cases of people suffering from liver failures and deaths taking slimming pills and other sorts.
Papayas are the best fruits to help you detox.
BTW, you might want to surf around the forum for the vegetable detox recipe, it's all natural using vegetables and fruits.

Ever since i used the ultrasonic home spa that i have since 2004, i've never been as rejuvenate as before. Just wanted to share my experiences here. Frankly speaking, i'll never pop any of those health pills stating is good for detoxifying. As we are naive about the chemicals and the actual ingredients they used, we might be afraid to intake. For me, to de-stress myself, detoxify and refresh my body and mind and most of all, my family enjoy it as well.

Hi I think there are many types of detox method.Pills or medications wise i've not tried and am not sure how good it is,but I've tried is the detoxing of body toxins and harmful wastes in colon thats quite effective cos it helps promotes gastro-intestinal health.
Nowadays lots of ppl suffering from skin problems, bad breath health problems and also colon cancer are all due to improper cleansing of our colon(according to an article I read).

I love the organic juices that I bought from the spa that I visit regularly. I think it is really healthy as the ingredients are all organic fruits and there is totally no sugar and preservatives. Its also very convenient as I just need to pour out and drink. They have different flavours. I take the apple & kiwifruit which is full of vitamin C and good for skin rejuvenation. Lots of my friends say i look radiant these days:) If you need contact number I can try to get hold of it for you.

i recommend Long Far B & H Cos I've tried it and it has almost instant effects. The first 3 days was horrible, you tend to shit alot (not diahorea), and your waste is very black and smelly. Furthermore your urine is ultra yellowish, close to light brown. But after a few days, I felt much better and much "cleaner". you can pm me if u need more details

I agree that water is the most important.
But you may take addititonal supplement like vitamins A,C,E plus Selenium. It is a good antioxidant.
Sometime only water is not enough especially to those who live with harmful pollution...
You may read more about Selenium here:

How about using TCM Massage Oils on your Liver Meridien to Detox? Since using TCM Massage Oil on my liver and face, my pimples have subsided quite a fair bit. PM me if you want to find out more?
