The new lady we have coming here a few times a week is from Myanmar and is easily the most pleasant of all.
Myanmar is large, there are many people, the next one might turn out to be an axe murderer.

Of course what I meant was that one cannot judge a population based on a few examples.
If our maid were a good representation of Myanmarese/Burmese then they'd all be lovely people.

I guess my first pot was overlooked then:
The new lady we have coming here a few times a week is from Myanmar
Disclaimers now? She's a PR and we 'got' her through an agency.
She is over 18
She is legally a woman
etc . . .

If she is employed by another sponser under their CPF contribution, she's not supposed to work part time. This is how the government cracked down on abusive employers who were making their maids clean the homes of their in-laws, second cousins, etc...

Have not seen or heard from her in a while - so I guess the bitch is maid-less . . . still screams at her kids from 06.0 to midnight. Hmm, that's anotehr thing - why are 5-year olds awake at those times . . .oh well . . .
