S$2500 isn't a huge salary by Singaporean standards, in fact I strongly suspect the rent for your condo in the Caribbean alone will cost more than that. But if, as you say, your rent is paid by the company then that's your biggest expense taken care of right there. Budget S$500/month for utilities and random expenses plus S$1000 a month on food and going out, and you've still got S$1000/month left to play with -- easily enough for two weekend trips around the region.

Oh, one biggie I forgot: you can forget about a car on that salary. Fortunately public transport is cheap and pretty good, but you'll still want to find a place that has good connections to your office.

enough

It is enough for a decent - though not extraordinary - lifestyle.
You can do some regional travel and dining & drinking - within a limit.

Is your company also paying utilities? (though, if you are clever, the bill does not need to be skyhigh - it could be about $100/mth).

Of course, it all depends on your standards.
If you are demanding, I would say that it is not enough.
If you are reasonable, it is. :)
