My budget is around $50,.. i have the challenger membership card over at Funan if it helps to keep the cost down... My only criteria is that it supports :roll: WinXP,.. it would be good if it could follow you around as you walk.

I am not sure if you have enough to get one that will follow you around.

If you have a digital camera why not see if you can use that as a webcam? Might save you a bit of $$

Your budget is waaaaaaaaaaaay too low for a tracking webcam.

Other than that, any webcam that fits your budget will support winxp.

I use a creative webcam Pro and I'm happy with it.
