Affordable pilates

Post by A Question » Tue, 14 Mar 2006 11:59 am

During my last pregnancy I developed an injury that my GP only thinks can be fixed with pilates. Unfortunatley it is soooo expencive. Would love to go to some sort of studio that has the appropriate equipment. Any ideas?

Honey,
Only Focus Pilates @ Planet Fitness and Bodyworks has e proper equipments. But advise you to find out e price before signning up. They're not cheap. But for the Focus Pilates, it is better to get more pple to join you as it will be more cheaper. Try to go for trial before action. :P

Hi a question,

I am in an exact same position (after childbirth) with you. I have been doing pilates here in Aus for the last 6 months and it has helped. I am moving to Singapore in June and would love to hear your experience with the different pilates classes.

Cheers.
