GCE stands for General Certificate of Examination. It is like UK's GCSE but Singapore O level is the hardest among all O level and GCSE in the world. That is why Singapore has the best and strict education system in the world. Just look at the students of Singapore, they are smarter then college students in US and many other countries.
Are you Singaporean? Coz I'm certain that if you've done your O level, you know that it is marked by Cambridge personnels in UK? You mean you don't know what the high fee for each subject and GST meant when you were paying for your examination? And you mean you still don't understand why O level results still can't be expedited? Poor you. You still think O level is like PSLE and N level where local teachers mark them.

I doubt donno is from here, nor that he attended school. Is he human? As Plavt or Tiki or Saint proposed, he is a subspecies - the IDIOT.

Hey subspecies, you could say you have a double masters degree on a forum where you are an unknown and the only way anybody would know the difference is the way one interacts with other persons on the board. The interaction I've seen so far tells me you've probably only attained 'N' level "Technical" stream at best. 'O's & 'A's probably only in your wildest dreams.

There you go again dipstick, in the UK
you do not have to have an 'O' level in order to take an 'A' level unless of course you are still at School. I doubt if Singapore is any different. Who's the stupid Gay Boy now?

Ok, enough.
I have several gay friends and find associating the eminent and clearly intellectually disabled donno with them to be an insult to gays.
(As we are all gay aside from donno anyway)
Seriously, donno even makes may4 sound good . . . Vodkashots still takes the cake - - - donno has to work harder to catch up to him, but he is gaining momentum with every post. m
Actualy, the name 'donno' suits him perfectly.

With that remark I'd place him at around 15 years old and in the Normal Technical Stream for sure. Definitely from the Neighbourhood school variety of subspecies. I offer for amusement the following:
Enfant Provocateur likes to stir up trouble because...because, well...just because. This species of
Flame Warrior is almost always young and male - it could be just a hormone thing.
