What is it with Singapore Sling @ Raffles Hotel?

I believe it's just tradition, sipping a Singapore Sling in an olde worlde hotel over a century old and where the Singapore Sling was first invented.
All part of the charm and lore.

I'll usually bring my guests on a food tour in Singapore .. ie ... roti prata, teh tarik in a sarabat stall ... pork jelly, cha kueh tiao in Chinatown food centre, etc ... then end their trips in a nice restaurant :)
