We will be getting rid of a dog and cat before moving to Singapore. Since we will be living in an apartment, we would like to get another cat. Are there pet stores or certain parts of the city to go to to buy one? Thanks!

Chinese new year (year of dog) is coming up soon, if anyone think it is cool to get a pet dog, please do so responsibly. The dogs are not toys. They are like you and me, need plenty of TLC and are dependent on humans for survival.
