Great choice Eric - finally we made it!!. As you predicted, great ambience, nice company, sensible prices, excellent European food and it was great to see all of us (bar none) enjoying the great range of fantastic Belgian beers.Eric from the Netherlands wrote:Same time, 8pm, for those who are still here in good old Singapore, all please come to Oosters Belgian Brasserie, Church Street, right next to Coolies / beer cellar of last weeks WNDC.
Deadpoet won't make it I heard, but don't let that scare you off, drinks are on a reasonable price and the ambience is just great.

Drinking the beer straight from the bottle was one thing, but what really made me laugh was watching the poor barman trying to pour it from the glass back into the bottle without spilling it! But I guess if it keeps your fur dry then it is ok.madwolfie wrote:Duvel from a bottle anyone? Too bad I missed out on the food...
