Christmas Anagrams!

Just when you thought you'd seen the last of the anagrams they're back!

As it's 1st December, I thought I'd do a Christmas themed one.

All these are either Christmas Carols or famous Christmas Songs, e.g White Christmas

1. No Hotel To Befit Them Well
2. Hatefully Facile Homo
3. Skinhead Enthrals Haggler
4. Deplored He Is The Odder Runner
5. In The Glints
6. Scowling Geek And So
7. Worthier Teenage Foreskin
8. Grindingly Grim Hood Hen
9. No Fit Shelter
10. Fonts Warm Honesty
11. Stuttering Hardcore Chain Smoker (Just for you Sapphire :wink: )
12. To Wishy Washy Rare Crummies
13. Actual Snow Tons It's Magic No
14. Vasectomy If Shrewd Stealth
15. Not Advisory Indelicacy
16. Wild renowned Rant
17. Symbolic Hardy
18. Troubledly Trim Me
19. Seemly Regret Trendy Gnome

you awful man! i spent the whole night trying to solve these... but oh well, nice way to get in the mood for christmas!

i'm stumped on 19. clue?

also can you check if you had one extra letter for 10?

brilliant as usual though, i must say. i especially like 1 and 4.

Sorry yes did have an extra letter in number 10, have taken it out :oops:

Number 19 is a Carol if that's any help :lol:

I am extremely grateful to my parents that they only taught me Christmas songs in French, that will AT LEAST save me 5 hours this week... :cool:

hey CD, just for you. i only know three french carols so at least the damage is controlled. :P

Grrrr Saint, here I was going to bed early but I checked out the forum first..damn! :mad: :wink:

WIMH...funny how people think eh? You can't get 19 but that was the first one I got...and the one that made me keep going. Think of happy guys.

I'm a Hindu, and do not know any carols, saved by religion for once! Whew! :lol:

According to Google yes they are the same, but "cantique" is another word for song, so it's a very generic term.

OK, so where and when will you sing for me? :P
