I'm struggling to remember all the presents

1st Day - Partridge in a pear tree
2nd Day - 2 calling birds
3rd Day - 3 french hens
4th Day - calling birds
5th Day - 5 diamond ring

Can't remember 6 - 12 can anyone help please???
