i wish to open a retail shop in singapore and as a foreigner Chinese - flilipino) how can i start? i log in and obtain a COPY of Employment PASS, what are the steps in getting to stay in singpore and renting a retail shop and living there

im going to open branches outside of the philippines, how do i hire people to run my business and rental etc etc

You are asking a lot and you have a lot to learn. First, if you are a foreigner intending on starting a business, then you will need to file for an "Entrepass" which entails submitting a business plan... and I would suggest for the nature of your business, you had better be prepared to make a capital investment in order to get approved.

You will need to form a company to have legal standing. Then you can go out and rent shop space. You really need to have good accounting/legal persons here to lead you through a fairly complex maze.

thank you very much for the reply. can you please recommend me an affordable legal and accounting company that can facilitate first time foreigners wishing to open retail business shops in singapore?

i have also set aside capital investment which is needed for the requirements needed to open a retail shop in singapore

maybe you can inform me their email address or good office so that i can prepare all the documents needed and fly to singapore for an appointment so that i can prepare headway into opening my branch in singapore which is a very service oriented business in which i have 6 successful retail shops in the philippines and wanted to expand to singapore initially and probably malaysia
