Am I being vague or missing something about Richard Gere and hamsters?

Did he use duct tape? Is that against the law?

If you're in the Holland area, try the DIY store immediately off the escalator on Level 2 of the Holland Village Shopping Centre. Come to think of it, Cold Storage might also carry duct tape...
