Post by EX SQ Guy » Sat, 03 Sep 2005 12:28 pm

Hi guys,

Can I just enquire if SQ will take back guys who had quit? If so, what's the procedure in doing so? What criteria will they not take back an ex crew?

Thank u very much!

Criteria for returning crew.

Post by Ex SQ Guy » Sat, 03 Sep 2005 7:14 pm

Hi Guys,

What is the criteria for returning crew? Mine is a special case. I quitted coz I had a medical prob. I was devastated upon quitting. After seeking another specialist, it was found that the med prob was just temporary and that I can continue flying.

Now the qn is.. will SQ still take me back? I need you guys opinions. Esp those flying. Thank u!

like what previous posts said, most prob next year then SIA will recruit cos right now, they have enough trainees to last them this year. and there are 2 batches of new trainees waiting for classes to start before xmas.

so right now, SIA is not in need of cabin crew (stewardess/steward). got to wait till next year.

Qatar Airways Interview KL

Post by becky » Tue, 06 Sep 2005 12:58 am

Hey guys, anyone went to Qatar Airways walk in interview in KL on the 4th of Sept? and made it to final? hehe............200 people applied and only 60 made it to second round interview on 5th.......am lucky enough to be called back on the 5th but failed to enter round three for group discussion session(nobody in my group succeeded in entering round three) coz well, the time keeper of my group didn't notice that we have exceeded the time limit given to us(5 minutes) and the interviewers were unhappy coz of that. only 20 made it to round 3 and most candidates i thought were good, didn't make it. So to all who will be applying for the walk ins for Qatar or maybe Emirates, punctuality is very important and being attentive is also a must(listen to instructions carefully). Well, it's a good experience anyway hehe and i befriended a Korean girl and we are good friends. Great experience and hope I'll make it to final for SIA's interview on the 11th. Good luck guys :)
