Take SBS No. 240, 99 or 246 to reach there.

I actually live very close to this place, but I've never managed to try it because the opening hours are bizarre (nights only) and the queues are usually huge...

You're obviously new to Singapore

But the answer is Malay-style rice cooked in coconut milk, served with lots of condiments on the side (dried fish, peanuts, cucumber, egg, chicken wing...)
