best way to speed up your metabolism is to eat more.
that's right eat more BUT you must eat the right foods, in small portions, frequently, i.e. graze rather then sit down to three meals.
Also you MUST exercise. Doesn't need to be strenuous, but it does need to be regular and at least 3-4 times a week for 30-60 minutes - depends on your level of fitness - build up slowly.
This is a simple answer and you will need to find a balance for you, but if you have the will power and patience then I guarante this will work![/i]
