Anyone thinks the interest rates for properties will come down soon? 8-)

Banks won’t be in any hurry to do this. Over the past several years they seem to have only gotten less competitive in terms of mortgage rate deals.

I'm currently on a 2 yr 3.05% fixed rate I negotiated in April.
I not lawyer/teacher/CPA.
You've been arrested? Law Society of Singapore can provide referrals.
You want an International School job? School website or http://www.ISS.edu
Your rugrat needs a School? Avoid for profit schools
You need Tax advice? Ask a CPA
You ran away without doing NS? Shame on you!

Count on mortgage rates being sticky AF whilst FD rates go down like the clappers.

Agreed...FD are have lowered and could be even lower in Sept, but mortgage rates are still the same, not in tandem...
