It depends at what time you travel. If no traffic, you can make the trip in one half hour. Normal traffic about one hour. Heavy rush hour or holiday traffic, even more time.

You have Malaysian plates so that you don't have to stop? At least one hour, probably more. You'll only know for sure by trying it out.

The problem is that the bikes jam up at the entrance... first on the Malaysia side, where you don't have to stop... but still a crowd, then at the Singapore side where you do have to stop... there can be a very long line at rush hour. Tuas might be a little bit faster than Woodlands... and I've spent as long as 2 hours trying to get through Woodlands.

I would say an hour is optimistic at that time of the morning. First few trips allow at least 2 and then see how you go. I've heard stories of people taking 3 or more hours at peak times. Even Saturdays can be a nightmare if you hit shift change.

if you need to reach jurong east by 845am, best is you start to travel early before 7am..gelang patah is very near, take less than 15 mins to reach the first checkpoint by bike...sometime the congestions may already start early even before 7am..but after 7am is the worst especially when entering the sg customs
