People say once something goes on the internet it stays forever. This is not true. It is just a matter of time, everything disappears :(
WayBack Machine is a way to browse websites that got deleted. There’s an archive of the years and you can browse through it.

Redditors on the askSingapore subreddit tend to be lazy and not search before posting when the topic has been covered multiple times before. Almost every other day there is someone asking about PR/LTVP/citizenship chances. It’s exhausting.

My Reddit inbox used to be constantly flooded that I stopped accepting such immigration queries. Maybe I should charge a small consultation fee. :P

I already made a guide on Reddit, 95% of the time the answer to their question is inside the guide. The other 5% are unknown scenarios that I don’t know the answers to until they try and apply.
Those are the majority of questions in this forum as well :)

Of course, there are still some good discussions here :)

We miss the old regulars.

Unfortunately, after an expat relocates back to their home country, they stop coming here anymore. The newly arrived expats can't be bothered with forum as they prefer other platforms.

Our Expats FB group has many comments for each questions. How I wish they can use the forum instead. FB group is hopeless when you are trying to find old information.

I dislike using FB and FB Groups to post questions, comments etc. You know your friends will see what you post, that annoys me!

I understand why not many posting here (especially new member). Every time I wanted to post a reply, I had to login 3 times. I always login - select the topic that I wanted to reply - type the reply - click submit - the page bring me to login page. Re-login - type again - submit - back to login page. Repeat to login one more time then I able to post my reply. I do not understand why, I have no problem with other forums, be it my home country or local forum.

Oh dear, when you experience this, can you press control F5? Force a reload on the browser.

Let me know if it works.

I get the same issue, but it comes and goes. Sometimes I can go a week and not get it, other times it can happen several times in a day.

I only use Safari on iPhone, so no F5 button. When I do get kicked off unexpectedly, I hit the back button, copy any text I was editing and then refresh, check if it posted, if not - go back to the same spot to paste & post.

Sorry about that. Looks like some caching problem.
