Mandarin expresure exchange English

Hi, all

I am from Xi'an city in China. I am 30 years old(man). I am enjoy to hike.
I would like to find some of the friends to practice my English skills . We can practice our secondary language together in conversation.
I am responsible to prepare each topic in Chinese in every meet.
Hope we will improve language skills together.

Prof google is probably the guy who translated from English to mandarin in the first place :D

I once tried using Google translate in Thailand. They understood what I was trying to communicate - but they took a while because I'm guessing that the sentence structure in Thai was a little disjointed.

A good game is to take a phrase or sentence and run it through Google translate, using four or five different languages in sequence, and see what comes out on the other end.

The issue is when you’re translating a sentence to a language where there isn’t a direct translation, or when the sentence structure is different it tends to come out a little weird.

English to Spanish

Malay to Swedish

Swedish to Vietnamese

Vietnamese to Maori

Maori to English (not too much change!)
