Insurance for NS Exit permit bond

Post by madi83 » Fri, 04 Oct 2024 10:42 am

Hi All,

We’re seeking guidance on obtaining an Exit Permit from the National Service CMPB. Has anyone gone through the process of securing a Bank Guarantee and obtaining Insurance for this purpose?

We would greatly appreciate any insights or details on how it works and what steps are involved.

Thank you in advance for your help!

Best regards,
Malik

Appl for 1 day less than the limit (365 + 364 days). Then no bond needed.

I not lawyer/teacher/CPA.
You've been arrested? Law Society of Singapore can provide referrals.
You want an International School job? School website or http://www.ISS.edu
Your rugrat needs a School? Avoid for profit schools
You need Tax advice? Ask a CPA
You ran away without doing NS? Shame on you!

my son is 16+ now, I don't think your suggestion would work.

You renew it for another 364 days before it expires. This is the way @Mad Scientist recommends to deal with this without raising a bond.
