Doctor i am find before is Contour dean, his name is Chairman Kim Ju han

The hospital have a lot of difference department doctor see whether what you need, but if can online consultation with their nurse they can explain which doctor is the best, the Chairman Kim Ju han he is a director of the hospital, he is really good doctor and very careful in the surgery, and he also a popular in korea surgery cutting angle of mandible, this is very big surgery alot of doctor they din know this surgery, also a lot of pursue beautiful dreams they are failure about this surgery.

I can tell you my next surgery will undergo surgery about my angle of mandible, but i have to save some more money to do this surgery because this surgery have to rest about two week.

Hi shoop,

I just done my nose job on 15-March-2010 at Malaysia. They done a good job and nobody can see the scar. I do it on Monday night around 7p.m and back to work as normal on Tuesday. I need this forum's expert opinion! I hope someone can help!

I'm in the process of getting online consultations with a bunch of clinics in Seoul. I definitely want revision rhinoplasty and eyelid surgery, but I've also been looking into vertical chin reduction. My chin isn't that long, but my short nose makes my face look even longer.

Two doctors from different clinics (don't feel comfortable mentioning names here, but you can PM me) told me that they can't just perform a vertical chin reduction. They said that I need to get a minor mandible reduction too if I want to maintain the V shape of my face. Huh? Is this for real, or are they just trying to sell me a procedure that I don't need? Can't people just get a vertical chin reduction? Isn't this a common procedure? I only need very little taken off.

I wanted to see if anyone knows anything about the subject matter. I would appreciate your opinions and advice.

Hi

Dont want to get too technical but theres a limit to how much you can reduce vertically. If you go and look at the anatomy of the chin there are 2 holes there called mental foramen where the nerve comes out, if you damage them then you have to live with lower lip numbness. Theres operation to shift the whole chin though but then thats a dental surgery all together. Maybe you can look into improving the length of the nose through ur revision procedure

Hi Im planning to go in june 2nd to see dr kao to have eyes, nose and chin surgery... anybody has done the surgeries with him? anybody got the expectant result from him before doing it.. I email him for it but hasnt replied with it...

Please give me some feedbacks those who has done it with him

I want to have a natural nose... so im only planning to have septal extension with alarplasty with ear cartialage for tip refinement...

i plan to have a sliding genioplasty which is chin implant using my own chin bone and eyelid surgery to repair ptosis...

anyone know which PS is the best for a subtle result rhinoplasty??
like, not too high bridge, no elephant nose, just myself but only more defined and sharper ( more defined tip & nostrils )

and anyone knows PS who perforn chin augmentation with fat grafting??
