Orthopaedic clinic/doctors?

Post by Kevinsmith08 » Fri, 22 Jul 2022 3:33 pm

Hi all,

My wife is suffering from hip/joint pain every since she gave birth last year. She can't walk too fast, or walk for very long. Now its getting worse. One gynae told us we should make an appointment with an Orthopaedic consultant so that they can help with this hip problem.

I did a google search and can see some private clinics/ massage therapies etc but not sure if it will really help.

Is it possible to go to a poly and get a referral letter or something for this?

Any advice will be appreciated.

Thanks
K

Yes you can usually visit the polyclinic to get a referral letter to see the govt specialist.
