Would anyone like to take over my Filipino helper? She is 47yo. She has been a personal friend for the last 19 years & recently employed as my helper. She has worked for Japanese, Australian, British & Iranian family. She has a natural charm with children and is a good cook. She keeps my house cleaner than any other help I have received. She has a positive attitude and is proactive. Throughout our 19 years relationship, I have never heard her complain about works. Instead she takes initiative to go beyond the work instructions given her. She is also very honest. Once in 2009, I forgot to check the pockets before putting them into the laundry.
