It's at Changi Airport cargo complex. It's not at the passenger terminal building. What I may suggest you is to look up the street directory. If you look properly, the entrance is just opposite the SAF Ferry Terminal at Changi.

i reply them last week but silk air called me yest she say she never receive my mail so i resend yest..

their last intake is august so i guess should be coming soon
its either two or three months? look out their website or papers
