Hi ladies, actually a lot of times is not JAL who is holding the medical report. It's the clinic that is very slow. The clinic people were so rude & slow, I remembered I call the clinic for my medical report the other time, I got scolded by the clerk & she basically slammed the phone down.
Apart from the normal full medical check, I was referred by the doctor to go for an ultrasound scan as they found something abnormal, so I was quite bothered by the ultrasound & very anxious to know the report to make sure there is nothing wrong with me. They didn't inform me when the ultrasound clinic sent my report to them. I paid for the ultrasound myself, the doctor should do a review on my report cos I PAID FOR IT!!! But they didn't. I called the ultrasound clinic to check if they had sent my report to the doctor, they told me they sent it on the next day after I did the scan already!!! Then they were so helpful to call up the clinic and clarify, they called me back thereafter to tell me that the clinic received my report already & made a remark that the clerk were so nasty to them as well.. both my medical report & ultrasound scan was fine, I had also signed the contract. This is just to share with you my encounter & what most of the ladies here for our batch had gone thru :)
We were like all of you when we waited for our medical report, it took a week plus before JAL called us to tell us we are ok. I'm so disgusted by the clinic... But what can we do? They are appointed by JAL for the medical check.. :x

i realise the clinic is pretty packed most of the time? the nurses must be very stress and busy. JAL probably would give them a deadline for the results to be out too.. no matter what .. of course 等的人心烦.....
