My Kid's Entry Visa rejected but my wife's approved

Post by dmano81 » Wed, 24 Jun 2015 5:58 pm

Hi, I am working in Singapore and have valid EP. I have applied Entry visa (Tourist Visa) for my wife and kid (7 month's old) through online. My wife's visa got approved but kid's visa got rejected. Am very disappointed and no reason provided by ICA. Can you please help me what should be done next. They are planning to travel on July 3rd 2015. Need your quick assistance.

Thanks
Manoharan

Print status page and head down to ICA. A simple error such as photograph not being clear / not meeting their specifications or something along these lines may cause this. Pray they tell you the reason and allow you to write up an appeal and correct whatever required and it should be fine. You might want to take a day off for this as it's hours upon hours of waiting. Good luck.
