Hi all, sharing me application status for any inputs

- Indian family of 3- me, my wife and ~4 year old son (born in Singapore)
- Been here since 2019 (5+ years now)
- Annual family income ~$400k
- Both me and my wife are post grads (MBA) from Indian universities (top 5)
- I work for an American tech company and my wife works for a British media company
- No blood donations/contributions, no charity, this is our first attempt at PR

- Applied for PR in Aug 2023, been 11 months now, no document request from ICA, no queries and we did not care to make enquiries as it is futile anyways. I just checked the status of my online application and found that there are no document upload buttons etc. Just 4 horizontal lines. No idea when it disappeared.

Going by the posts, it means the response is due soon. Are there approved cases where ICA doesn't ask for additional documents or is it always one of the stepping stones for a positive response?

Thanks in advance for the inputs.

Dear all, I see many of these posts are in relation to a Singapore PR application. Would anyone know if the Upload button goes missing for citizenship applications as well? If so, how many days after that does one receive the outcome? Thank you.

I have benefitted from this thread so I thought I’ll share my story.

I came to Singapore on Aug 6, 2022, and decided to apply for PR on Oct 11, 2023. After that, radio silence, other than it says “Processing”.

On April 8 I received a notice to submit financial statements, so I did within a few hours.

On April 11 6 pm my upload box disappeared. On April 12 at 9am I received a text message from ICA, I logged in and I got my PR !!!

First application and got news at 6 month on the dot!!

I love Singapore.

Thank you !

Slight correction to the date, I applied in Oct 11, 2024, not 2023, and got my answer in exactly 6 mths.

So what did it prove other than a decision was coming soon (positive or negative)?

I wasn't trying to prove anything, but simply to share my experience.

Shared experiences are one thing, but obvious red herrings are another.....
