Foreigner on EP living in Malaysia

Hello,

I need your help.
I live in singapore and i am on Ep. We are European.
Given i can work from home full time, I would like to move to KL with my family
So the question is am i going to get any troubles if i stay less than 180 days in singapore ?
Anyone in this situation ? Challenges? Advices?

If you are moving to KL, you will become tax resident in Malaysia. You will pay taxes on all your income earned while in Malaysia. Have you received the proper residency and work permits to live and work in KL?

At least until your EP is cancelled, if you have earned income in Singapore, you will pay at the non resident rate of 15 percent or the resident rate, whichever is higher.
