Where to look for interested people for business

i got a Sea Food Soup business looking for interested people to join in the team.
But i tried to post online looking for people, but all without response.
Any one where to post will be more effective?
Which website can get more leads for people looking for business opportunity?

It really depends. If you are looking for business advice to build a business, you might want to post specific questions here.

If you are looking for investors to supply capital, you might want to post what you are looking for in terms of financing, terms, etc, and knowledgeable people will get back to you.

However, if you are trying to build an MLM business and are seeking suckers for your 'business opportunity', I would suggest that you not post any more because we don't like MLM and don't allow solicitation or advertising in the forums. You will be banned.
