Negative experience with Grab

Post by abbby » Sat, 29 Mar 2025 10:13 am

I had been using them for many years but lately the food merchant have been missing out on orders, so the last few orders I had missing orders and I requested a refund for those missing items. However, the most recent incident was missing food again! So i requested for a refund, they came back with this automated reply:

''Having looked carefully at your order and your request for compensation, we're sorry to say that we can't provide a refund this time. We've had to make this tough decision based on our refund policy and after noticing a rise in compensation requests from your account.'"

I am so appalled that they do not train their merchants and drivers to counter check orders before sending out and customers bear the cost of missing food.

Is there a better food app other than FoodPanda ? Grab is just appalling.
