Starhub incompetence

Signed up a digital line and they asked for upgrade on package to avoid cut in Internet service, did as they recommended..

Know what?

On day on installation, Internet got cut and I'm left with no Internet for the day.. And worst, I have recontracted a new 24 month package?!

Anyone has similar bad experiences with starhub?

starhub service is worst. i signed and on the day of installation, no one one showed up. when i called, informed me the sales guy never keyed in. asked for recovery and soonest next appointment date only yo be told next available is 7 days later. go singtel!
